For user-generated content (UGC) creators

Create the content.
Keep the business organized.

A brand asked for a revision. Another pitch needs a reply. An invoice is due, and the usage agreement is buried in email. We help UGC creators organize the business behind paid photos and videos for brands.

Where we can help

Keep each deal’s conversation, content and money together.

Pitches and brand follow-up

Track the brand, conversation, pitch status and next action instead of searching through messages.

Briefs and agreed terms

Keep the agreed rate, deliverables, usage terms and relevant agreement with the deal. Legal interpretation remains with the appropriate adviser.

Content and revisions

See what is due, which version was delivered, what feedback arrived and who needs to reply.

Invoices and payments owed

Separate a closed deal, an invoice sent, a due date and a payment actually received.

A focused first project

Organize one brand-deal process.

Walk through a deal from pitch to payment. Define the records, stages and follow-ups, then decide whether your existing tools need a clearer setup or a new connection or workspace.

What you could receive: a process map, defined deal fields and next actions, and a scoped plan for the first improvement.

What we need from you

Your current tools and one example with brand names, private terms and personal details removed.

How we check it

A sample deal should make the content due, revision status, payment state and next action clear. Any implemented tool gets its own agreed save, access and failure checks.

Bella CRM / portfolio development

See the difference between delivered and paid.

The Bella CRM illustration follows an invented brand conversation, content deliverable and unpaid invoice. It explains a proposed creator-business process; it is not a finished platform or a connected bank account.

Do I need a new CRM?

Not necessarily. We start with the tools and volume of work you have. Inbox organization, a clearer tracker or a focused connection may be enough.

What is outside the starting scope?

Brand representation, negotiating deals, producing your UGC, legal advice and collecting payment on your behalf are separate from organizing the process. Software, integrations and ongoing support are named in the proposal.

Start with one process

Which part of your brand-deal process keeps slipping?

Tell us what happens today, which tools you use and where the work gets stuck. We’ll discuss the first useful project and agree its scope, fee and timing before starting.
