Review one job, together.
Choose a field reviewer and an office reviewer. Open the actual job file and check the items below against your team's requirements. A status label does not tell you whether the records are there.
- Match the job. Customer and job references match the records in the file.
- Find the agreed scope. The current version is easy to identify.
- Locate the photos. Images are linked and labeled with location and date.
- Check the logs. Readings and other records required by your qualified team are attached.
- Record what changed. New findings and scope changes are visible for review.
- Identify open decisions. Required customer authorizations and unresolved questions are named.
- Assign missing items. Each gap has a responsible person and a follow-up date.
- Confirm the handoff. The office reviewer knows what is ready and what is still missing.
Do not let “waiting” become a department.
For every unresolved item, record three things: the next action, the person responsible and the due date. “Upload the final hallway photos — field reviewer — Tuesday at 3 PM” is something a team can act on. “Documentation pending” is a place to hide.
What this checklist covers
Records and responsibility. Your qualified team defines technical, safety, contractual and completion requirements. A checked box does not authorize billing or closing a job.
The PDF does not send information to Ordo. Use your approved private storage for completed job records.
If the same item keeps going missing, review the handoff.
The answer may be a clearer checklist, a change to your current software setup or a connection between tools. Start by showing where the record stops moving.
